I'm not sure anyone has that info yet but I'm guessing it will be cost prohibitive. From what I've seen, you'd need:
Steering shaft
power steering unit
possibly the steering gate to hold the PS unit or a similar bracket
ECM to control the PS unit (speed variable suggests it's running through the ECM)
Related wiring
