will a enticer 300 engine work in a 73 338 chassie?

I have a pretty nice yamaha gp 338 and i hate points so i wanna install the 300 enticer engine i have on my bench, will it bolt right in or is it a waste of time? dont care if its slower just use it for vintage runs or i might even just sell it...

I have never even looked at the 300 twin, but my guess it will fit easily. You need the 338 engine mount and it should attach. Good luck. G.

have you checked if the gs340 1980'ish set up would work for you? i think that is the same stuff as the et300. might even be able to put the 338 jugs on there if you replace the cylinder studs to the older style.

Yes it will work. I have a 338 newer motor in my 69 and 70. Just use the mount from the 73.
