They are tricky to get out. I just unscrew the allen head screws and then the needle and block can be removed. Becarefull not to bend or break those parts. Check the tech section under engine, their is pics of a complete carb teardown. I think their were pics of the needles. You can also loosen the screw that holds them to the long rail controled by the throttle, you will just have to resync the carbs. How to for that in the tech section too. Take you carbs out, much easier. CCC
