ProAction long travel limiter straps measurements

What I need to know is the total lenght of the straps and where the holes for the bolts should be located. I'd be very grateful if someone could give me this information.

I use serpentine belts off of diesel engines, They are 1" wide and used ones are cheap, like free .

About the serpentine belts, don't they flex?

No Flex. I have used mine fore 3 seasons with no failure used as limiter straps and transfer straps.
