help ID this part

this is the part , about a 1/4 inch thick was between the jug and the factory exhaust flange

That looks like someone tried to lower the RPM of the pipe by adding a machined off exhaust flange. What year sled is it from?

81 srx the part may have been custom made but it wasn't made from a stock flange its made from thicker stock and is machined wirh a steel sleeve like the oem but flush
