What can I do with my 2002 MMAX Seat ?

After riding my 2009 Apex all season, I took my mmax out for a ride and it feels like im sitting so low, and it's harder to transition from sitting to standing. What are my options to get a taller seat? can i space up my stock seat? buy a taller aftermarket seat or retrofit an apex seat to fit?? Im sure someone has come across this before............
 

Look for a boss flat top seat i believe thats what there called or take your stock seat and have foam added. Or check the classified section on here there was a guy from MI with a modded stock seat for sale.
 
i had foam added to the top of mine, narrowed the sides and ran the cover and padding further up the tank. basically ran the height from the raise in the rear of the seat straight to the tank. about 3-4" increase in heigth.

cost me $100... even with the "hump" on the stock seat...... 3.5inches taller... added the foam in over the tank on my own.... brought my old seat in along with a junk one, and he used all my foam..... local upholstry shop did it.
 
Put a Boss Flattop High Rise seat on my 03 MM and never looked back. Not cheap but you can't beat the quality and ride of the seat. Have had it on fo about 4 years now and it's still hanging tough. Changes the whole riding "style" of the sled.

I put a pro-x shorty seat off a polaris on mine. It's super light and is about 4 inches higher than stock. It also mounts up pretty easy to the gas tank.
