changing fuel filter on a vmax

can anybody help me out with changing the fuel filter on a '97 vmax.

Tips/tricks????

make a hook out of a piece of wire and reach in the tank and fish it out. Have a set of pliers ready so you can hang onto the fuel line while you change the filter. Do not drop the fuel line back in with the filter off because it makes it real hard to get it back out again.
