95 vmax500 clutch compared to a '00 sx500r

I have listed my 95 vmax500 f/s in the ty classified. It has a clutch kit that ingages around 4000rpm. My '00 sx500r ingages about 2300rpm. What im wondering will that clutch kit work in my 2000 sx500r?

Been thinking about swapping them out before selling the sled.

500 sx-r should engage about 3800 rpm. Your primary spring might be toast or rollers are shot.
