Ok, it's spring/summer now and sledding is over for us midwesterners (If you live out west, Alaska, or where there is still snow, i'm jealous of you ....).
So as a little fun, let's hear about your summer repair plans.....
For me, this winter I smashed up both right side radius rods mid winter (rock just under snow surface) while off trail riding in Northern MN. I knew i smacked a rock, but didn't notice the carnage until later. Both rods were intact, but bowed pretty good. I quickly fixed those as they were smashed in Mid February and there was lots of riding left, or so I thought.
But it seems this winter had low snow everywhere and our Yammi's suffered lots of major damage from the various hidden objects....... Let's have a little psychology session here and talk about the carnage!
This thread is not about off season build plans, it's about repair plans!!!!!!!
Anyone else?!?!?!?!?!?

Not quite summer
My viper lost a bolt in the lower w-arm and twisted, tore the tunnel where the upper w arm mounts to it, twisted one of my rails and ripped the rivets right out of the reinforcement bracket. The insurance company totalled it and I bought it back, I got the skid put back together and I am leaving on the 15th to head back out west, summer isn't here quite yet!!!!!!!!! ;-)

I have to find a new(er) tunnel/frame. My running boards and exchangers look like bananas and starting to leak again. And rear motor mounts are welded from this past season, so i don't trust them for another year. Total overhaul this summer/fall for sure.

Let's bring this back!!!!!
How's everybody's repairs coming along???????
I'm installing the Viper torque limiter this year soon. I broke 3 motor mounts in the last two years also, which gets old after a while......
Hopefully no more broken motor mounts for me!!!!!!!
