LIFE MEMBER ONLY ONCE!!!
Again it is that time of year to shine that sled up and put her to sleep.Got a lot of that residue to remove again and seems to be a pain to get it off the plastic panels.I have dug in to the net and searched for solutions. Here are some ideas:
Amsoil Power Foam
Tumbler
Castrol Superclean
Fast Orange
Mothers Back to Black
SledBrite
CatCleaner(product of SledBrite)
Magic Eraser
Peanut Butter
Green Products
these are some of the ideas I read about.Guys were saying SledBrite doesn't work like advertised.I have tried Green Products also, not to much luck.I know on my 600 years back,I just washed the panels and sprayed them with Krylon Paint and it has been holding up for many years and less residue sticks to it.Maybe because I sealed the pores in the plastic.Even the trailing arm was coated good on the SRX and impossible to remove..tried Varsol even.So I cleaned it up as good as I could and re-sprayed the arms again with paint
What do you guys do??The blue side panels are a pain to keep looking good and clean and some streaks are showing up also.Lets hear some solutions here..good for all to hear about.

I use purple degreaser( Castrol) with a greenie to clean then coat with tire foam( amerol) then just rub them down good. I use the tire foam on all rubberized parts Keeps them looking like wet shine. engine hose, intake .....
Just my 2 cents, Good luck

have to see what I can find here locally, thanks for your reply.
I use warm water in a bucket with tough on grease dish soap and a rag. Cheap and effective.
Try WD40. Works great on the seat.
