I need to replace the thumb lever/warmer on my SRX and recall a thread a while back with a reply about using a thumb warmer in the appropriate year of the electrical system of the sled.My sled is a 98 and have found a few thumb levers of the same vintage but a few from Vipers before they switched to the newer style switch gear.My question is do I have to use a thumb warmer from a single headlight sled or can I use one from any Yamaha sled with the same style lever?All I need is the warmer itself the lever isn't broken or anything in case this is a factor.
