Hi Everyone,
I own a 91 Phazer with about 3,000 miles on it. A goos friend has a 88 or 89 Phazer also with 3,000 miles on it. The sled has an electrical issue, that he could not figure out, so he is going to dump the sled. I can take anything I want from the sled, so what should I take? I know the front suspension is different, but what is the same? IS the engine the same? Anything else that is worth saving?
Thanks,
Zack

Give him a little money for it and take the whole sled. If you keep your sled, you will need all kinds of various parts over time.
Or you could just fix the electrical problem and run the sled-

I am parting out a similar sled - '93 Exciter II - and it seems everyone is looking for anything from the handle bar mount up, primary clutches, jugs, pistons, bottom-end case, tracks, CDI. Seats and covers are especially popular with parts seekers.
