SRX LED Bulb

Ok, I've looked all over for a good LED replacment bulb for the rear tail light for my SRX and I can't find them. Does any one know of anyone selling LED lights for the SRX anymore. I was originally suggested to Dennis Kirk but I cant find the bulb.
 

Ok, I found the Dennis Kirk led 1157 bulb replacments. I was looking in the wrong place :o| They have a 19 and a 30 bulb version which one do you guys recomend.
 
LED bulb will work fine no need for a battery and Dennis Kirk used to carry the bulb from Bluhm Enterprises not sure what they have now but that would be one I'd say is more popular.

LED's are made for DC. They are awesome low voltage high lumen output conditions.

Unless you're suck on stock it is nothing to put a new socket and led in the existing taillight.

Just remember the redcoats. For those not familiar withThe American Revolution. The red coats (British) were surrounding a church filled with American revolutionaries. However, because the British were wearing red and the church windows were red stained glass. The solders outside looked like they were wearing white uniforms.
 
Thanks for all the replies, ya the dennis kirk ones are direct replacment for the 1157 incadessent bulb that is a DC bulb. Its just a matter of how many leds I want for brightness.
 
My Boss seat came with 2 LED lights. I just spliced the wires and its fine. I like the LED's alot, very bright!!!!!

Before I installed the Boss flat top on my SRX I had a Viper seat with a clear tail light lens and red 1157 led light bulbs. This set up worked very well and I think looked real good!
I now run a Nitro XTX factory led tail light with the Boss seat [my SRX has a 144" track + tunnel extension], works + looks great!
 
I like the 360 degree design of the ones in the link. It makes sense just like the standard incadessent bulb. S Fortuna do you have that brand and if you do how do you like them?

As stated by jeep jimmy on page one. " keeps the lens warm so the snow dont stick and ice/cover up. the LED wont do that " I ride with a guy that has an led in his tailight after a few miles in soft snow you cant see it anymore. If you are going to do the led thing you have to be aware of this. the srx does not have very good lighting imo. I am going to put a led in mine to help drop the pull off the electrical system ill just clean it more often in soft snow.
 
Richie Rich on here from Rich motor sports has them and sells them. They are the high quality real deal. They are a little spendy but they really light up and the rotating LEd light is very cool. Really gets the attention of whoever is behind you.
 
does anyone know what the colors on the tailight wiring harness correspond to? i have a black, blue and a green with a yellow stripe. the after market LED stop/tail/turn i bought has white, black and red wire

Where did you get the Viper clear tail light?
