i want to put Heel clickers, a torque limiter, and reed spacer on my Sx viper. I want to know how do i choose the proper helix if im doing agressive trail.I dont understand how people chose the helix there are so many degres.
well need a little more info track size,your weight ,gearing ....i think there are some setups in the tech pages .....but turk is the clutching expert around here .....

if your sled is stock otherwise, meaning the only mods are reed spacers, your probably going to end up around a 48/36 helix.
while you're in there to install reed spacers, pull out the reed cage and inspect the reed petals. if they are getting chipped on the tips, or kinda bent, where they don't seal anymore, like a .020"-.030" gap, then i would suggest replacing them w/some carbon tech reed petals.
