On August 21, 2010 Racing Extreme along with NSRA will hold the "1st Annual Racing Extreme IL Grass Drag National & Swap Meet". This race is sanctioned by NSRA and will be the first stop of the Triple Crown Series! The event is located Just south of Hwy 120 and just North of Hwy 176 on the East side of Route 12 at the Golf Farm, 2100 N Route 12 in Wauconda Illinois.
SPECTATORS AND RACE FANS!
Come out for a day of Racing and fun! See the fastest sleds in the Midwest as they go head to head on our 4 lane 1500 foot drag strip and compete for NSRA (National Snowmobile Race Association) and 2010 Triple Crown Series points. Along with the race program check out what some of the local dealers and vendors like Ingram Motorsports, BK Boat-n-Sled, Snowmobile Calendar & More have to offer. See the way out custom sleds A-Maize-Ing Kustoms will have on display. Join in or browse the swap meet to sell or find that hard to find part. Tune in your ears to HOUNDS TOOTH, WAMI's 30th Anniversary Nominee for Best Blues Band as they perform their Soul Rock'n Blues for a few hours in the afternoon!
SWAPPERS & VENDORS
From current to classic and all vintage swappers are welcome. Gates will open at 6:00 a.m. for Swappers to set-up and 10am to the general public. Swap meet space from pick-up trucks to semis available. Vendors from small to large are also welcome. We will accept vendors up until Friday August 20th at 5pm. Call us any day any time between 9am & 9pm.

RACERS:
Racing is Sanctioned by NSRA - an ISR Affiliate and this race will be the first stop of the 2010 Triple Crown Series!
Testing will start at 10:00 a.m, Racing will start at 12:00 p.m.
100% pay back plus $3,000 contingency money.
NSRA regular classes will be run.
In addition, four vintage classes will be run and included in the extra contingency prize money. The classes will consist of:
(1) 0-340cc stock
(2) 341-500cc stock
(3) 0-500cc mod-stock
(4) 0-1000cc mod
NO CLEATED TRACKS ALLOWED!
ISR rules will be strictly enforced.
NEW FOR 2010: NSRA TRIPLE CROWN SERIES
This will be the first race of the 2010 NSRA Triple-Crown Series. Triple-Crown Race No.2 will be in Rochester, MN and Triple-Crown Race No. 3 will be in Wausau, WI. Estimated purse of $5,000 - $10,000 and, hopefully, larger. To be eligible for the Triple-Crown money, all drivers must carry a 2010 yearly NSRA membership. As we progress, sponsors will be listed for the Triple-Crown Series.
TRIPLE CROWN CLASSES
Classes for Triple-Crown Series will be: Stock 800cc; Improved Stock 700cc; Pro-Stock 700cc; and new will be vintage mod-stock 0-500cc. Points will be based on 1st place - 4 points; 2nd place - 3 points; 3rd place - 2 points; and 4th place - 1 point. Points will be totaled at the end of the three races and four places will be paid in the four Triple-Crown classes.
