I've got a 2000 MMax 700. It's always ran great, but towards the end of last year, it started fouling one of the spark plugs after I would stop for a minute or two and then start it up to take off again. If I let it idle for a about a minute, it would be fine. Over the summer I took the carburetors apart and inspected them for any debris, I checked the float level for proper adjustment and they were fine. I when out for my first ride this year and now the condition I have is that when I am running down a bump road, it starts to flood out the engine unless I accelerate and clean it out. My thought are that the needle and seat may be leaking, does anyone else have any ideas on this problem. Thanks.
If it was real cold you might have been freezing up, try turning your coolent petcock on if this is the case. my 2000 MM would act up if it was really cold and this was the fix. Also make sure your plug wires and boots are getting enough spark through them, Ive seen them go bad.

Are your vent lines clear? I installed a Variflo few seasons back and screwed up on one of the vent lines, and it would flood one carb real bad.
Just a thought.
