Installed air box, and carbs. Routed choke cable, thermostat sensor and throttle cable. Change some clutch parts, added clutch guard. Installed the ceramic coated pipes. Filled anti freeze and installed fresh gas and oil. Had some problems getting fuel to pump. Found that the shutoff valves had some issues. After resolving that issue the sled ran with lights for about 10 minutes to find that the lighting coil went out....LOL
Found the lighting coil to be bad but continuing with build for shows. Replacement will be noted at a later date in the build log.

Extended all electrical components for the handle bars and routed everything to final location through trim ring up to bars and billet gauge pod.

Installed hood, hood grill, radiator hood tunnel, light and light mechanism, front bumper and all hold down hardware. Installed side panels and side panel hardware.

Am I seeing things correctly? You found a way to get the hydraulic brake on the chain case? Very cool. I can't wait to see it at Haydays.
Chris, Made my own custom bracket and used a front grizzly 660 brake caliper... fits sweet.
