My question to anyone who knows is, Can the little tabs on the intake side be repaired if you dont have the piece,for some reason it is missing. I am talking about the piece that tends to break off on bigbores due to the piston rocking. Please tell me it can be repaired

yes, just weld a new one up and rebore/replate the cylinder.
