I cleaned the carbs on our vipers about a year ago and didn't reinstall them until today since we had NO riding weather last year at all. Both machines are running well right now, but one has it's warning light lit steady. No flashing.
Any ideas??
Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. There are no other lights and I did check the code sheet, but it could only find explanations for flashing sequences. This light is on steady.

If their are no icons with the light and it has gas, oil, and isnt overheating i have no idea. Bad sensor? Did you hook up all your wires right when putting carbs back in, or did somthing get bumped and get undone or loose? Tough one. CCC
a few years back i had a similar issue and it ended up being a loose connection on the plug to the cdi. dont know why or how, but after correctly plugging in the connection, the icon went away. food for thought.

i would check the tors and tps sensor circuts on the carb rack to make sure they are plugged in/bypassed correctly
