Thanks Jason.

Thanks Jason.
well i took them to another coater in chicago ...to get teflon inpregnation ...said should be done tomorrow so i think i am gonna go pick it up to see the results....theis coater has done power valves before for another company ....looks like teflon is the way to go ...olny the valve blade is gonna get done the shaft is not gonna get sprayed ...looks like 35 dollars a valve to do teflon ...hard coat i didnt get the paper work with priceing ....i am hopeing to get the price a little lower due to the volume of business i will be doing with them .....so tomorrow i will see the teflon ...i seen it on a sample part and i like it alot more ...teflon seems like it will be the best way but havent ruled out hard coat 3 quite yet .....

so what's the skinny on money to have them re-coated?
35 per valve unless i do like 20 to 30 at a time than he will knock a few bucks off per valve ...so rite now ill repair and recoat 3 valves for 150 .plus shipping ...one NEW VALVE runs 130 ish so get all 3 done for just a little more and will be better than new

One concern I have is how will the teflon will hold up to when it comes time to cleaning them?

ooh didnt see that part lol. maybe im trying to get a discount for more valves

il let you know when i get home from working out of town il dsend them to you and get them ready for december thats all i ask haha .
Thanks Jason.
i was too but after the torture i put a test sample thru ....i think he said brake cleaner or carb cleaner or laquar thinner and it will dissolve carbon without hurting coating ..
