Hi every one In the process of resurrecting a 1987 Excell III or Enticer 340 whatever it is known as and seeking some tune up Info like idle speed, mixture screw settings & plug gap does anyonne know the spec for setting the oil pump and clutch engagement rpm and shift out rpm 
idle somewhere around 1800-1900, 1 3/8-1 1/2 turns out on the screw, plug gap .7-.8 mm. engage around 3500, full shift at around 6600. i have a copy of the original service manual for this sled on cd available for purchase.

I had 2 of those, one excel II and one enticer. Great on gas but the suspension was killing me. Bumps would shoot your knees right into the handlebars. Watch out for rust on the belly pan.
