OK, I know that the clutching thing has literally been beat into the ground but I am looking for some proven setups for agressive trail but still kick cat-*** in a drag. I weigh 160lbs, have a bender silencer, bender reed spacers, 144 picks, adjustable transfer rods and a viper rear skid. I want holeshot, agressive upshift but yet retain acceptable backshift to play in the powder as well. So what do you guys think I should set up with on this one.
You can't have both, you have too choose 1 setup. where do you ride the most racing or trails?

AMEN!!
your best option is h/c's nothing grabs the belt like they do,will still perform in the trail.
If you want to maximize your power output loose the Bender can it is actually costing you hp.Yeah I know they sound cool I have an MBRP can that I only use once in a while when I want to hear it
but seriously use the stocker for max hp.I'm not sure about the reed spacers I was under the impression they only benefited the red head sleds.
Sorry for picking apart your setup I hope you don't take offense.

Replace bottom rivet with 4.5 gram rivet on your primary weights. Then get yourself a 54/44 helix wrapped at 70 with a green secondary spring. Take off the can and use it as a big *** paper weight. Replace with stock can. Then start workn on your take off, ie transfer. If you can get it to hook and go straight, not up, ie wheelies, your goin in the right direction. Literally.
good luck man
