Need measurements from Venture 97-98?

I am trying to mount a 136" skid from a venture in an SX. I had been told it was a direct swap but it is not. The rear holes need to be 7-8" further back than the stock ones from the 121. So it someone can kindly take measurements and maybe some photos if you have this sled that would be awesome.
