what can i do too help get the front end up more and what would better help the sled in the rough? i know its the sled for that kind of ridding but hey they did set up a few for snox and jimy blaze.

The first thing you should do is try using the search feature on the TY toolbar. You will be reading for days.
i have a all stock 2002 viper with a 136" ad boivin rear skid, i can adjust the weight transfer to the point that you can just about flip over backwards, it will hold the skis untill 60mph plus , you can sit on the gas tank and a 40mph it will still pull the skis, it pulls the skis so much its almost sicking, i mostly ride this sled off trail, so it works great for that, i'm also running a 1 3/4" track
