2002 V Max driver size

I have a bud that asked me about running a 1.25 studded track on his V Max deluxe but I'm not sure if the drivers are the same as my SRX.I believe they are but can someone verify this?Is anyone here running the 1.25 track with studs trouble free?I personally tend to stay with 1" lugs and stud them just to be on the safe side,staying away from that front cooler even though it is guarded.

I believe they are 2.52 drivers with 9t.......he should be fine with those.

I've been trying to figure out the same thing..... I measured from the surface of my track and the closest point of my front heat exchanger to try an judge what I think is safe clearance.....

mine measures 2" with the shock 9 tooth drivers.

how much room is necessary for stud clearance??? the lugs on the track are only 1/2" tall so if the studs are 1.375" on a 1.25" track at 1.875 the track couldn't spin..... leaving .125" or 1/8" clearance.

not much, but so long as you keep up on track maintenance I think is should be fine on mine......

what does yours measure???
