Hey guys help me out my left hand grip is loose on the bar. Dealer says the only thing to do is replace, any one have better solution. 2002 v-max . Main concern is the heating element braking and having to go back to the 70's no heated grip all week.

it should be riveted on and glued
so if its loose dry drilling the rivet out get some more grip glue and stick it back on and re rivet it. Mine came loose on my 01 srx and this is all we did tight as can be now.

use jb weld. holds very solid.
