how does anyone feel about the bender cold air kit and jetting is it worth a couple horses like they say

The cold air kit looks very similar to my vmax's setup, could not say much on power but pulling a good volume of clean cold air is almost guaranteed to build some power but I would guess that the dollar-per-horsepower-gained is expensive comparatively.
Not worth the noise and increased jetting needed to run the questionable gas now days......IMO... save money and get 15 extra miles per tank of fun........

did you gain any power at all can you do anything else to help the gain like a boost bottle or something else
depending on snow conditions, there are benefits to be gained. ride alot of over the hood powder? worth the investment. without the added accessories recommended by bender, the intake alone is a waste. as a package deal using their products, gains are noted but no gains can be singley noted to the intake except for the breathability in deep snow. a must for deep snow/powder conditions, based on my experience.
A boost bottle on an srx will actually loose hp.
