I am in the process of switching my carb and I need to extend the pulse line to mount my new fuel pump. What is the best way to do this? What type of line do I use if I have to replace it? Can I use regular fuel Line? Is there a way to extend it without replacing it?
Also my throttle cable doesn't have enough slack. It is fitted for a 34mm Mikuni VM Carb. Is there a certain way to hook up the throttle cable? Does anyone have a diagram or instructions?

use automotive 50psi fuel line for the signal line for the fuel pump. regular clear snowmobile fuel line will collapse under the signal from the motor. i would just use a whole new chunk as it is cheap at your local auto parts store. i think we pay less than $0.50 a foot for it here in canada.
no clue on the cable but i think a motorcycle one might work.

Automotive fuel line works fine and automotive Fuel injection is better (thicker sidewall and more abrasion resistance).
