Does anyone know where to find spec sheets for PSI pipes? I am building a sled with a 570 Excited motor that I'm have PSI twin pipes on. I have a set of 38 mikuni and 40 mikuni carbs but I am looking for best way to run this motor. I have heard that when you get the 570 up in the RPMs they are known to suck head gaskets. Any links or info anyone may have that could help me would be great.

Stock yamaha head gaskets are not a issue (after market are). Lean mid range rpm with stock 88~89 needles was the problem. Also too light of a fly wheel for twin pipe rpm on some year 570's. What year is the 570, and what year PSI pipes?
When I had my 89 exciter, I tried using PSI pipes. I just could not get the power to the track. I finally gave up and ordered a DG pipe and all was good from then on. Good luck Al
