Got ya!! If the wife saw that the only one getting it would be me. Just looking for some confirmation. knew the shocks were getting soft last yr. Looks like they finnaly are ready for a rebuild all the way around. Front end sits pretty low with no set in, and the back is just as bad. Travel even worse with rider weight (wont even go their). Fra set to max and preloads are right thier also. So time for a rebuild? Any one do the pioneer performance all four viper shocks for $179 deal. That sounds like the way to go to me. Sleds pushing 4000, Any thoughts guys. CCC

Just grab that front end and give it a tug...... lol
Shocks will not help the "sag". Shocks only control the compression and rebound of the springs.
Shocks = ride control
Springs = ride height
Shocks = ride control
Springs = ride height

Stein if i get it (starting to figure out this whole shock thing) i may just need a new set of springs?? The shocks look fine from inspection stand point, no leaking ect... Now for the rear springs i have a set from my 04 s laying around will those work. The springs are on non rebuildable kind. CCC

Agreed - I was hoping to see a different kind of sag...Bummer
the front end seems to be setting correctly. If especially if it is on dollies. they put more weight on the front of the sled unless you put the rear on under the center shock.
fra has little to do with ride height. some of the sag in the rear is all the wore out bushings. your center shock will have little weight on it at all with all the slop in the w arm and your center shock bushings. This puts even more weight on the rear and front shocks, lowering the sled.
Revalves ride good, rebuild the shocks and rebuild the skid, it will make an amazing difference. Also, nothing says love like a Boss seat.
