Has anybody tried using a tumbler with crushed walnut shells for cleaning the power valves? I know tumblers with walnut shells do a nice job cleaning rifle brass before reloading them. I have crushed walnut shells for use in my grit blaster, the crushed walnut shells do a nice job of removing crud on parts with removing the base metal. As soon as I get my grit blaster working again, i'll give it a try and let you know.

I would think it'd work great.

I have a walnut shell blaster for cleaning intake valve and combustion chamber deposits on vehicle.
