Hey all I recently purchased a 1982 440SS. Trying to get it ready for the winter I have recently stripped it apart. I knew it needed rear suspension work. Turned out the previous owner put an old car shock in for the rear shock and I can't seem to find any information at all on the specs of the original yamaha shock.
Can anyone help me out with specs of the factory shock or a replacement for a 1982 440SS. This is for the most rear shock in the skid. (the large one) Thanks guys.

This is a guess but try kimpex. They made some
replacement shocks. I parted an 87 exciter 570
with one recently.

I think someone must. Can you get shocks
for a phazer 485 skid. I believe you can swap
a phazer skid in and run a 121'' track. Off topic
a little just a last ditch effort.
