Hello.

Could someone tell me, is there email adress in Hartman.inc ??

Iam in Finland and id like order some parts for my Viper but i prefer write email, because my english is bad if i have to call him and i think that we dont understant each other..

I have ordered stuff from Tom Hartman a half a dozen times, including 1 major order.....


The last time I called him, last spring, was to make another major purchase (We're talking $350 - $500 extension kit).......



Anyways, Tom Hartman was not cool and said he was going on vacation and that he had no time to take my order. It was like 3 in the afternoon on a Thursday! I told him it could be quick, to which he replied he did not care and that he leaving for vacation, to call back in 10 days or so, on the following Monday......



Now I understand he was probably just totally stressed out and needed a vacation, but Geeeez!



I actually can't even stomach calling him back, and if I needed an extension kit I'd go to Muffinworks or somewhere's else.......




Oh well. I have no point here really, but just thought I'd share......

I honestly think he was totally stressed out and just wanted to get out of there, which I actually understand........




No mention of a plane to catch at all!




And to that point I've been an excellent customer...... Not bashing, just saying!
 
tom is as nice of a guy as you will ever find in this buisness. if he made a bad impression on you call and tell him and he will make it right. excellent service and the best extention kits in the biz. my .02
 
supersled, that doesnt sound like the tom i know. give him another chance, he will make it right. i am no big spender with him at all, but this guy has returned my calls on weekends, holidays and after hours. he is not unlike any of the other people on this site that go out of their way to help out, too bad hes not a site supporter. must have had something on his mind or you caught him at a bad time. i will personally stand behind is ethics and products if you need assistance establishing a business relationship.

Thats been my experience with him as well

You guys are right, this was always my experience with him the past times i had called him.



He just must have been so under the gun/ stressed/ needing time off about something that he needed to get outta there!!!!! I've been there too.



But it was wierd at the time. I never did call him back that following Monday and that's when I decided to just not put a Hartman extension on the Mt Viper when extending to 151".......



So hey, maybe he just did me a really big favor and saved me some cash by being grumpy!!!!!
