just found out that my SRX crank is off 7 degrees. Anyone have any suggestions. Am i better off selling sled, have a guy who will give me $700 as is?

Dont sell the sled cause the crank is off. there are lots of people on here that have cranks for 300 bucks or a little more. They might even take your twisted and give you a better deal on a rebuilt one!
I would keep it and redo the engine

i see you're in Minnesota, call Bill Bune Enterprises in Anoka, or go to his website www.billbune.com the price list right on the website. I don't think is is that much. He trued my 700sx crank and put a new pto bearing on for under $100 labor.
i have a good crank would sell for $350, was told when i bought it (project not completed) , that it was trued and rewelded, it looks and feels all good

i have a crank for sale as well. its welded and all the bearings are fine. drop in and go. there is another fellow that's interested in it tho, and i have to see if he replies back saying he'll take it. i was asking $300 for mine.
