MPI Transfer Enhancment kit setup

Bought the enhancment kit for my 144. I don't understand the setup at all. can someone explain to me what bolt locations do what. i know one way will pick your skis straight up, one will plant the sled down. but don't know which holes do what. i'd rather not be on the trails trying to adjust the straps. i want to be able to pick the skis up as much as possiable.
 
what, no directions? there is no "set it here and it will work setting", its a play and tune based on snow conditions. if you dont have any directions, i can give you the breakdown for the holes as far as what to expect for starting points. let me know.
 
on the strap's top end there are 4 holes closer together, then some space, 2 more holes, longer space 2 more holes, space, and then 2 more holes for a total of 10. from the top, the holes start at A and end at J. starting point is A to F at the top, and G to J at the bottom. if you dont have the directions, i would be more than happy to send you a copy.
 
be ready for lots of ski lift i had it on my 121 and you can put it up vertical but its controlable too, i loved the kit the only reason im not using it this season is because i switched over to a pro-x suspison in the rear and rx-1 shocks on front but, i would defentaly recomend this kit, stoped me from selling mine and buying a artic cat.
 
yea, to get those skis straight up, did you tighten them way up or did you loosen them as much as possiable.
