Yup. That is who enforces safe riding and are alleged "experienced" riders meant for policing the trails in ride park in Northern IL here.
 
"DDDUUUUHHHHHH, Where did he go George, Where did he go?".....Who needs to be worried about drunk riders on the trail when you have these guys out there.
