Hello, I replaced my drive shaft bearings and secondary shaft bearings this weekend, and I have run into an issue, I think?? On the secondary shaft, clutch side, when I went to put the new bearing on, the shaft were the bearing is to sit seems to be a bit small, and when I tighten the set screws, the bearing sits a bit off on it. So when the shaft is back in place and you rotate it, you see the bearing moving in and out in the bearing cup(holders). Do you think I need to replace the shaft? Do I just not worry about it? Is there a way to add something to the shaft or have it fixed? Sorry no pics, only have dial up and it would take upwards three weeks for me to post a pic. :)

had an issue with my bearing and shaft few years back, set screws loosened and wore the shaft. You can get a used shaft from someone on here.Ask viperking.. I always have a spare ,but the shafts are still good now on both sleds.

That is what I was afraid of, I was hoping there was a way to fix the shaft. :) Anyone know a place to pick up a good one at a good price? The cheapest I have found is a factory replacement new for $180.
