Can I use regular synthetic gear oil in my chain case?
I think it is 75W80

Amsoil Syn. Trans fluid here..works great for years already,everything is clean inside also.

I run mobil syn trans fluid in mine.

my mistake.Ran out of Amsoil,bought 4 liter jug of Mobil Super Trans fluid syn blend now....

Ive seen this thread come up about 10 times over the years. You can run just about anything in the chain case. I use motor oil 10/30 full synthetic. Its cheap and on my shelf.

Synthetic gear oil works well....(you might want to empty ur pm box Kevin).
