I left gas sit in the tank over the summer without stabilizing it. I don't want to run the old gas through the engine. How can I drain out the old gas?

Easiest is to siphon out what you can with the rear elevated a little and then fill it up with fresh gas. Clean your carbs before you start too and the amount of old gas will be minimal.
