I was hoping to drive North and help out with some of the trail repairs at out favorite riding areas. Has anyone else done this? I don't mind helping out. I hope to work on the Wellston trail system. Al

I have been trying to use some of my vacation time to hook up with the trail work team up where i ride in northerm NH. My &^%$# job keeps me so busy I have not been able to take any time off. I would love to help out with the trail work. If 10% of the people who ride the trails would donate their time, the trails system would be even better and take the burden off the local trail teams. Thousands of peopel ride the trail systems every year without any regard for how much work it takes by a small number of volunteers to keep the trails in good shape.
I would stay out of the woods for the next few weeks. Lot of hunters will be out starting monday.

Yes, very good point!!! Getting shot would ruin my sledding season!!! I would not want to end up mounted on someone's wall!
