Srx dealer maintenance.

Just picked up a 98 srx 700. I am taking it into the dealer to have the carbs cleaned ultrasonic, and have the carbs synced. Anything else I should have them do or look at to make sure I'm getting all the power out of the sled.

Read the tech section and do it yourself You will gain knowledge that will help you in the long run so you won't always be at the mercy of the dealer or if you get stuck on the trail. Also you can save your money- the stuff is not hard at all. and you will know its done right... because YOu did it!!
 
Here's the problem, I'm bringing my nytro xtx home to do work on it and I won't have time to do both sleds before the snow flies. Plus I think the ultrasonic cleaning will be better than any job I can do.

I have an ultrasonic cleaner, they do work great. I bought from my dentist for $40.00. Clean with hot water from the coffee maker. Jets come extremely clean, no scraping anything anymore. Al

I might try to do it, not sure yet.

Anything else I could have them look T that might cause power loss?
Or is know to go wrong with in the engine?

Trust me, in no time you will be kicking yourself for going to the dealer.
