This may be a rediculous question but I have never seen anything like this before and wanted to get some insight on it. I have posted some pictures of what I am talking about. I have a 01 SRX and as I look at the cylinders there is what looks like to me a coolant system behind the jugs themselves. As I said it looks like a coolant system to me and all signs point to that. However there is something that makes me question this. There is an on off swtich on the left side of it. I am sure you SRX owners are familiar with this. I just bought the sled and the twist switch is in the off position. If it was a coolant system why would it have an on off switch? Could someone shed some light on this for me. I am new to Yamaha and never seen anything like this on my old sleds. Thanks guys.

That switch is for the carb. heater circut. Mainly used when riding in powder to keep them from freezing up. Most of us leave them off.... ![Thumbs Up ;)! ;)!](https://totallyamaha.net/images/smilies/div20.gif)
