hey guys back on this site gearin up for winter. I have an 02 viper basically stock with v force reeds . Last year a stud went threw my front heat exchanger and cooked my motor. Its not seized and when i pulled that sensor out of the head it actually started for me (wouldn't b4?) . I did a comp. test and pto said 75 other two were at 95 or so. Im cracking the cases with a mechanic buddy of mine to see what im dealing with, hope the cranks ok. Its time to spend some $$$$$ lol also thinking of going all out with srx heads pipes new rear skid and front shocks worth it???????? any thoughts thanks guys.

hey! i own a srx 700 with a viper skid managed to get all ohlins on the sled over the last five years, what a difference, couldn't afford the plush m-10. Been on new sleds and handling and power doesn't compare.if the sled is in good shape spend the money, these sleds are worth every penny. As far as i'm concerned the viper and srx are like owning a 70's muscle car.parts are readily available here and some of the more senior members bend over backwards to get you back the snow.best of luck on the rebuild.
