I was wondering if anyone has had trouble turning the carb coolant heater valve on the the head? I remember mine was easy to turn, then it was harder at times now when I was cleaning my PVs and greasing it I tried to turn it and i can't by hand. When I use plyers it will turn. I opened the "bleeder" and when it was on I couldn't see any antifreee but when I turned it off I could. Either way no antifreeze actually came out.
Is something clogged ? Any ideas or maybe it's fine.
Just wondering,

On my srx it is impossible to turn it if the sled is warmed up at all. When my sled is cold it is still REALLY stiff to turn.

There's two rubber O-rings that go around the plastic valve and this goes into the machined hole on the head and it has a very tight fit. If you remove the valve put a small amount of grease or K-Y jelly or vaseline on those O-rings and it will turn much easier. Just like sex if it don't fit lube her up or force it
