my family bought a atv polairs 500 new from dealor , drove it when we got home to try it out before we bring it up north. over heated ywo times , it has coolent in resovor , just to nosey i checked raditor , gess what motor ,raditor empty , called dealor , dealor say that filled at factory not our falt. what should i do . thanks scott

As far as I know the dealer gets payed to prep it before delivery which should include fluid checks. True, it's filled from the factory but it's his responsability to ensure it's ready to ride before delivery.
This shouldn't be an issue for them and if it is they sound a bit shifty.
Call Polaris customer relations (have the bill of sale handy) and tell them the dealer's response.
