Well, I'm getting a new 1" Hacksaw track with 144 studs for my 2000 SRX, I'm going to replace my driveshaft bearing while I'm at it. Is there any other parts I should be inspecting or replacing while I have the track out? Like chain case seals etc?

You will want to go through the whole suspension when you have it out, alot of bushings to check for wear/replace.
All wheel bearings
Hifax
check front rail ends, make sure they are tight
Chaincase oil

Just changed out my track a couple of weeks ago. Ordered an ALL BALLS speedo bearing kit from the closest dealer around (Arctic Cat). Came with oil seals. Very nice kit and the old speedo bearing was definately DUE !! @ 5000 miles on the sled to put it in perspective.
