My cover is pretry dirty from last year and now it too cold to wash with a hose. If I take the hooks out can I put my cover in a household or laundry mat washer?

Go to your local laundry place since they have larger washings machines than the home units. I was my bile and sled covers all the time that way, works fine.
I use my home HE front loader and that works fine.....

Same here, I just get all the loose sand and such off first^^^^^^^
