so i cleaned the power valves and when i was cleaning them i had to turn the servo motor clockwise to losen the cable tension. so then when i was done turned it back counter clockwise..is there anything else i must do its an 02 viper and the just put the motor back in after cleaning the chassis and im not sure when i got start the motor if anything bad will happen?

As long as the cables which control the valves havethe right amount of free play, all you have to do is start the engine. The firmware in the CDI box will cycle the valves upon engine startup.

ok thanks and we made out alright with the cylinder were gonna see how we did when we start it and see if it leaks anything.
As mentioned above as long as you have it set in the correct position and correcly adjust the cables thats it. I have noticed that on the electric start models, that when you turn the key on the servo will turn whichever way has the shortest distance to its home position. I had manually turned mine too far, and when I cycled the key it kept turning and wrapped the cables backwards.

The servo will self adjust when started, then you'll need to re adjust/check the free play(2.5mm) per PV wright up.

do you have instructions that have more details. should i keep the sled running while checking for the free play? thanks.
