Went to dealer to get hyfax's and they gave me the wider ones for newer sleds. I don't see any problems with this, but was looking for any input.
Has anyone tried this on their proaction skids?
Any thing I should be aware of?
Any input would be appreciated and the sooner the better, trying to get thses damn sleds ready for the season.

I tried them and they worked fine. Didn't seem to last any longer but they fit fine.

I've ran the graphite ones from royal distributing since I first got my sled, 12 000 km on it, only replaced slides once, I've had a lot of luck with them and there definately worth the extra $5 or $10 they cost. They seem to handle low snow conditions very well!

i have been running the newer (wider) ones for over a year and have not had any problems. All of the new sleds use these from the factory. deffinetly get the better ones though, they do handle marginal snow alot better, they dont stick, you may start smelling them but they dont start sticking on you like the cheap ones when they get hot, besides your not savin that much anyways, theres not that much price diffrence between the 2.
