When wrapping new powervalve cables onto the pulley in the manual it says to turn the pulley to get rid of the slack in the cables. Should I be turning the pulley so much and tightening the cable adjuster so that the valves are fully open before i bolt everything up and fire up the sled? Or should i just turn the pulley to get rid of the slack and bolt everything up with the valves closed and fire up the sled and drop to 900rpm and do my adjustment from there? I think i just take up the slack in cables, leave valves closed, and let the servo open the valves when i drop the rpm's to do adjusting? If anyone has experience doing this please chime in.

yup just tak up the slack.leave the adjusters screwed all the way into the servo housing, bolt everything up and do the 900rpm and then adjust to 2.5mm gap.
